2. Deceiving the CELO community: On January 6, 2024, Alex published a proposal titled "Applying the CEL2 Selection Framework to the ZK Stack and zkSync" (https://forum.celo.org/t/applying-the-cel2-selection-framework-to-the-zk-stack-zksync/7178), explicitly stating that "an independent ecosystem financing and governance plan (expected later this quarter) is being developed. The purpose of this plan is to determine how grants are allocated to zkSync-based projects." However, we are currently in the second quarter, and it is evident that Alex, as the founder of ZKSync, has lied and deceived, not only wanting to deceive the CELO official but also attempting to deceive the vast community members of CELO to support them. We, the CELO community, should collectively resist such garbage, full of lies and deceitful projects.
